Greetings from Taiwan!
Quick updates on everything:
The kids have arrived! There are a LOT of them, and not everyone understands English. Language barrier is always a challenge but we learn to work through it. My group, the Brown Buffalos, is unique. We are the only group to be a mix of boys and girls, so our dynamics are definitely unique. I'd just like you to pray for them: Jessica, Amy, Eva C., Eva H., Sandy, Tina, Vicky, Annie, Henry, Andy, Jack, Sam, and Samul. Sandy, Vicky, and Amy are sisters, but Amy has said that she can't accept the Lord for some reason. Eva C. and Tina are also sisters, and they have already told me they will throw away their Bibles after this camp because they are Bhuddist. Jessica has been to this camp once before and feels bored cause the other kids are younger so she may leave in a few days. Please keep these children in your prayers!!!
On health: a LOT of us are feeling stressed and ridiculously tired, so just pray that we are refreshed and energized each day. Some are already feeling under the weather, myself included. A bit embarassing, but I'm the only one who has gotten heat stroke/poisoning. We have a nice lady, Hazel, who is helping me get rid of it...
Just thinking about these past few days... our next two weeks will be long. Pray for continual patience, strength, health, and most of all, love.

It'd be cool if some of your kids were my kids. But i'm sure none of them ever came back =/ It's been two years also
Glad you got there safe and it seems like you're enjoying it there (minus the heatstroke business)..It's kinda depressing to hear about the kids who seem to underappreciate the work you're doing there..but they're kids afterall.
Anyway I MISS YOU. and don't let heatstroke get to you. you've experienced more dangerous things than that |=)
